Who we serve

Substance Use Disorders (SUD), whether our own misuse or someone else’s misuse that affects us, can be painful to navigate. Addressing SUD can in turn lead to the treatment of underlying issues such as trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and low self-esteem. Unpacking uncomfortable feelings and responses around this first takes the courage to want to change.  We are here for you to help unpack it all while navigating next steps.

What we believe

At Boost Counseling Services we believe that compassionate, nonjudgmental treatment is a basic human right. We believe that our work is about sustaining hope by helping people live beyond just “getting by”. Our aim is to meet clients where they are to help guide them towards identifying & unveiling needed changes within themselves. With kind, direct, and honest conversation clarity and healing begins!

How we can help

Trauma informed approaches are utilized to provide interactive and exploratory sessions to identify client strengths, while assessing barriers that may be interfering with becoming the best version of oneself. Together we explore thoughts, feelings, and personal relationships to identify and process underlying challenges. Doing so can facilitate growth, move through integrating grief and improve one’s overall quality of life.
